What he does is gets x number of orders, then manufactures them, so until x number of orders have been placed, the manufacturing doesn't even start.

Yes, I just gotta wait... No worries though because the other sites I have posted have got orders as well.

The reason is that nobody will sell me raw materials at a cheap price if the quantity is too little, neither is the anodizer willing to do just 1 piece.

I reckon the price will be about $90, excluding shipping costs, if I were to do 1 piece alone instead.

I have been searching fleabay and found 99.99% identical items to those this guy is 'manufacturing'...all of them from china/hong kong.
And with a bit more digging all his IP addresses are based in Singapore....multiple IP's with the same 'area code' as it were, but different PC's in one location.
